Summary	0005560: "Presser" dwarves arrive with no skills, in huge volumes.
Description	I have tried 3 new forts since version 34.04 was released. Without fail, every migrant wave has an unusually high amount of completely unskilled Dwarves with the default profession "presser" (around 1/3 of the wave.) They have no social skills, no military skills, and no practical skills, not even experience points in pressing.
Steps To Reproduce	Make a new fortress, and wait for migrants to come.
