so what's the bug here? That there's a liaison asking you about trades when no one can trade? |

Yes, he showed what his caravan wants and asked about goods requested from caravan despite the fact that caravan never arrived and game was able to recognise that it is unable to arrive (note: priority is low as in the current, unmodded version only dwarves send liaisons and dwarven caravan is hardcoded to arrive) |
