Summary	0005681: 700+ year old vampire king
Description	See summary. It might be that the vampire fled and kept the king title but that would have been a bug as well. I don't think that is the case though as he still is a member of the civ of which he is a king.
Steps To Reproduce	Gen a world in which a vampire and perhaps a necromancer gets a civ title.
