| Description | i had a adventurer killed by arm-less clothier. the clothier got a lucky strike and kicked my skull through my brain , ignoring the =iron helm= , cat leather hood and other head armor. i guess , a normal , average size/strenght human could punch your skull through brain only after 3-5 hits or more if you have iron helm. | ||||

It seems that all hits are as if the body part (head here) was propped against a hard surface - so a kick in the head is basically like stepping on the head of somebody who's lying down. Then it makes sense that it's so brutally effective. Of course, a proper combat model should allow a part of the energy to be harmlessly absorbed by the head/body part bouncing back, the person getting knocked back etc. |

i was standing in a strawberry field. but why when he kicked me in foot he only bruised the muscle? i guess my foot was on the ground. |

is this issue still relevant in 40.24? I get the feeling that kicks and punches never really do much more than bruise (fortress mode). |
