Summary0006160: Throwing items removes snow in 16x16 region
DescriptionAdventurer, walking around in a snow-covered area. Throwing items around will cause large rectangular chunks of snow to disappear in the area where the item landed.

Temperature is reported as "cold", the time is mid/early morning. Date is 13th moonstone.
Steps To ReproduceThrow an item onto a snowy area. Tested with a large copper dagger and a mutilated albatross corpse (you know you're playing Dwarf Fortress when...)

16x16 on the dot, formed into a grid (as in, the chunks obviously follow some pattern unrelated to the exact resting place of the projectile).

It looks like the tile is getting shocked into updating itself into a snowless state. That's why I thought it might be prudent to include temperature, time and date for as far as weather is concerned.
