Summary0006277: Frame rate cap can't be increased after decreasing it below 10 FPS (using in-game keystrokes)
DescriptionAfter decreasing the frame rate cap below 10, it isn't possible to raise it again. This limits the frame rate to 9 FPS, with no way of changing it without restarting the game.
Steps To ReproduceUse [alt][-] to decrease the frame rate cap. When it reaches 9, [alt][=] will no longer work.
Additional InformationWhen decreasing the frame rate cap from 150, it changes to 135, which is a change of 15, or 150/10. Similarly, increasing it from 150 changes it to 165. My guess is that, when it reaches 9, the change in frame rate becomes 9/10, which is rounded down to 0, preventing the frame rate from being changed.

Entering and exiting the movie menu seems to reset the framerate.

Still occurs in 0.40.24.

Looks like this is still happening in 0.43.03.

Actually, it's working fine in 0.43.05. I'm not sure what happened there - sorry about that!
