Summary	0006312: Elven king of Dwarves cannot be assigned rooms
Description	This is the first time I've had an Elven king of the Dwarves. They do not have preferences like Dwarves do and do not seem to be considered a part of the fort for some interfaces. I can appoint the King Consort to be Broker for example, but the Queen, and King Consort are not listed in the room assignment interface. It's not game breaking in that they don't seem to be having the good or bad thoughts Dwarves do so they're not going berserk from substandard accommodations, but with no preferences they're also not making any demands. It's a little unnerving.
Steps To Reproduce	I have a save, you can check the Bedroom, Throne room and Dining room at F2 a few clicks to the left. Save URL is http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=7612

~~user1294~~ 2013-05-01 01:43 ~0023953	That's a duplicate of 0004692 - Entity members that aren't part of the entity's race are currently bugged and are treated as tame, which mostly affects rulers, since most others can't yet migrate to your fortress.
