DescriptionBringing multiple minecarts of the same material results in only one of said minecarts being available for use.
Steps To ReproduceBring at least two minecarts of the same material on the embark screen. Create a minecart route. Only one minecart will be available for use.

I have experienced this in v0.34.11 - I brought along about 50 wooden minecarts, and only one was available on the [h]auling-[v]ehicle menu. I haven't checked to see if the material makes a difference yet - it may be that minecarts made from different materials are usable.
Edit: It turns out that this bug only affects minecarts made of the same material - embarking with 4 minecarts of 2 different materials results in only one of each being available.

-Only one cart of each material is listed in the "assign vehicles" menu
-Removing the carts from the wagon, forbidding the carts that are usable, or destroying the carts that are usable doesn't change anything - the other carts still can't be used
-If you embark with nothing but minecarts, NONE of them will be listed

-New carts made after embark appear in the menu list properly

EDIT: It appears that before you even embark, the act of adding a minecart (and not other types of tools) to the list of items that you dwarves will bring causes the game to add the cart to the vehicles list. WinDbg tells me that the game makes no attempt to alter the vehicles list when you alter the quantity of a minecart made of a material, only updating the list when you add a cart made of a different material.

Suggested bug description: "DF ignores the quantity of minecarts in the pre-embark items menu, and only adds one minecart per material to the world vehicles list"
