| Description | As a "technique" of sorts to learn more about the enviorment, I created a macro which issues the SELECT command 249 times when executed; I loaded this up in Adventure mode, and I ran it 100 times on the "Surroundings" option. (One manual ^P, followed by ^U99^P) After a period of time, rather than having random text scrolling past, the text area got filled with empty space, the PLAY indicator stopped blinking, and the game crashed (Windows caught it, APPCRASH). | ||||

With the upcoming change in the conversation engine, this bug might be obsolete in the next version. |

This doesn't seem to happen in normal play. I generated a pocket world in 34.11 and had an adventurer talk to the first person he came to, hitting [ENTER] on Surroundings and [ENTER] to continue about 300 times. Text behaved normally with no crash. If anyone can reproduce this in normal play, please post a reply. |
