| Description | My major mandated 3 crossbow bolts to be made immediately before a new major was elected. He then got a bad thought because his mandate was unfilled and another because no one was punished (because he was no longer mayor, so could not order punishment). | ||||

It caught my attention because he went insane from grief right as I was making bolts. |

What makes you think this isn't intentional? I can see why he'd be upset. |

There wasn't enough time to react. His mandate was cancelled while it was still brown. For ordinary nobles that can only be replaced deliberately it makes sense for them to assume that loss of position means loss of mandate but mayors are elected frequently so just as decrees last beyond a single term, their mandates should still have power even though they no longer do. (a solution might be to give mandates an independent existence from the noble that created it so that it can still be obeyed after the change in leadership.) |

You can edit your notes instead of posting multiple notes in a row. The proposed fixes sound like feature requests. I'm pretty sure this behavior is intentional, at least for the time being. |
