| Summary | 0006476: Migrant is married to a dwarf that doesn't live at the fortress and may not even exist. | ||||
| Description | I have a migrant, a Hammerdwarf, whose thoughts page says she is married to a Sarvesh Beaktongs. I have no dwarves on my list with the first name Sarvesh at all, so this is a mystery to me. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | View unit profile for my hammerdwarf, view thoughts, "married to Sarvesh Beaktongs", view unit list, no Sarvesh Beaktongs, alive or dead. | ||||
| Additional Information | Someone on IRC said it could be she's married to a vampire under an assumed name, but she sleeps alone. If there's any way to verify whether or not I have a vampire, this could not be a bug (or maybe, it's a bug that it's showing a vampire's real name under a dwarf's thoughts). | ||||

It's possible that that dwarf still lives in the mountainhomes and hasn't immigrated to your fortress yet. |

You can probably close this. On further inspection, the dwarf in question may indeed be a vampire herself, and absent family is a normal attribute of a vampire. (She has a bunch of skills, has no thoughts about eating, drinking, or sleeping, has a husband and 4 kids at 31, and has been a member of 6 different groups) |
