Summary | 0006480: 2x2 column of water with bottom at zlevel -17 won't fill up past zlevel 0 |
---|
Description | I made a tube to pipe water from the first cavern layer into the magma sea to get at adamantine. It goes from zlevel -17 to zlevel 76, so I wasn't surprised when it didn't fill up very fast (filling from a cavern lake on the map's edge from the second cavern level) but then I checked on it after a year and noticed it still hadn't filled up past zlevel 0. I spawned a bunch of water in the channel with dfhack and it all disappeared almost instantly. I'm guessing that 0 is considered the edge of the map for liquid pressure calculations or something like that. |
---|
Steps To Reproduce | you'd need to have a map that goes below -1, not sure how to reliably get one. But then just channel down there and try to flood it with water (make sure the water can't get off the edge of the map somehow.) |

Additional Information | Save uploaded at http://dffd.wimbli.com/file.php?id=8549. dfhack and lots of mods in use, but still shows the water disappearing |
