| Description | I kept running into a message in my event log saying i didn't have any iron bars left to make steel, even though I had several bins full of pig iron, so I decided to smelt some iron bars and the option to smelt steel came back. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Should be fairly simple, just use the normal steps to smelt steel. | ||||

Steel requires both regular iron and pig iron (1 bar of each, producing 2 bars of steel). This is the same as in 40d. |

Seems like intended behavior to me. The recipe for steel is (was in 40d#) 1 pig iron, 1 iron, 1 flux, one fuel = 2 steel Ninjed by oliver. |
