Summary0006880: Can collect sand from under constructed floors.
DescriptionAfter building a lobby outside over some sand, and making it a meeting hall, I realized that I could gather sand from the room.

To be specific, I built a building with granite and rutile floors(with cherry wood walls) over black sand, and could still harvest it for use.
Steps To Reproduce-Build floors over sand.
-Designate a zone over it.
-Select it as a zone to gather sand from.

-That's it.
Additional InformationI have not yet tried to reproduce it on another save, or with clay. Also, this is my first post for bugtracker, so I may be missing important info, I am very sorry.

I am pretty sure dwarves are not supposed to reach under their floor anyhow.
