Summary0000698: Mouse does not work on bottom row of top of uniforms page
DescriptionI just learned that the military screen has mouse support. Messing around with it a bit, I learned that clicking on the bottom row on top of the uniforms page does not work. That is, nothing responds to clicks on the row "M: Material C: Color r: Over clthng m: Partial matches". This row DOES respond properly to clicks on the equip page, however.
Steps To Reproduce1) Open the military screen of any fort.
2) Click around with the mouse and notice that the military screen can actually be operated via the mouse.
3) Try clicking on the "M: Material C: Color r: Over clthng m: Partial matches" row on the uniforms page and notice no response.

Not sure if there was a bug on this or not. Ran a new world in 31.01 and r: and m: respond to mouse clicks and M: and C: only respond if there is an item already selected, and either M: or C: is not already selected (waiting on a menu selection).

Missed the part about it being on the uniform screen. This bug is current as of 34.11.
