| Description | after starting a game with a larger than standard embark size, Try reloading the game (continue game) it loads up a trimmed down version of your embark area as if you hadn't changed its size with U and H keys. the original embark work fine , its just after a game reload that its apparent. I'm also wondering if that's also causing a crash when the game tries to do something outside of that default spawn area | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1.Start a new DF mode world. 2. Change the embark size with "U" and "K" to make the embark area larger than default 3. save the game (I save the game straight after starting it) 4. play for a while 5. quit out of dwarf fortress (in my case it was quit out from a crash) 6. restart dwarf fortress 7. click on continue and select the world save that you have just been playing 8. scroll around the map 9. you'll notice that you can no longer scroll out to where you had. ie: passed the standard embark size | ||||

Typical it didn't do it this time (did it 3 times in a row last time that's why i reported it.. lol). I'll update again when it happens again and try to remember to not rage delete the save files.. lol |
