Summary	0007383: teleporting items to deconstructing building
Description	When embarking to worldgen fortress (reclaim) and deconstructing the floor tiles, barrels, bins and some other items teleport to freshly deconstructed item. Then the "item/job displaced" message appears.
Steps To Reproduce	- Reclaim worldgen fortress ruin - Create food stockpile - Designate "remove construction" of floor tile about 0000010:0000005-10 tiles away - When dwarf finishes the deconstruction, and stone block appears - some of the food barrels teleport from stockpile to that stone block tile.
