I saw this issue after reclaiming a fortress that was sacked by gobs.

The old invader goblins stand around, "friendly", declaring fondness for their weapons, and attacking new invaders, traders, and megabeasts.

They don't trigger traps, and can't be attacked with squad "kill" orders.

I think they also might be invincible. I watched one battle a forest titan, chopping off both of its wings and beating it relentlessly without being harmed at all. I read the report, and I think it showed the goblin being hurt, but no damage appeared on his wounds screen. They have beaten the hell out of tons of invaders and merchants. There are only 7 of them or so.

I should probably file a bug report on the invincibility, but I'm pretty lazy.
