DescriptionPeople just don't seem to remember my crimes, even when they're committed right in front of them.

Talk to people to make sure they hate you
Fast travel away
Come back, talk to them again.

Huh, happens for me too. That's pretty major, I feel.

They spit at you, but they don't seem too mad anymore.

They didn't even spit at me when I came back, even the ones who witnessed the crime. I really feel that soldiers and armed people should try to stop you if you just straight-up kill someone.
