Summary0008179: Unable to place Hatches on Up/down Stairwells
DescriptionUnable to place hatch covers on up/down stair wells. It only affects up/down stair cases. Not sure if this is a bug or intentional as logically it makes sense but differs from previous versions.
Steps To ReproduceBuild UP/Down Stairwell. Build stone hatch cover at masons. Attempt to build Hatch cover on Up/Down Stairwell.

Do You have a space next to the stair for the dwarf to stand on?

Presumably not. Building hatches on stairs works in v0.43.05, assuming your dwarf has somewhere adjacent to stand.
