Summary0000821: Horn silver uses METAL_TEMPLATE
DescriptionAll of the "native" metal ores (copper, silver, gold, platinum, aluminum, and adamantine) use METAL_TEMPLATE, while actual ores (hematite, garnierite, cassiterite, etc.) use STONE_TEMPLATE.

For some reason, Horn silver uses METAL_TEMPLATE, making the Z-Stones list suggest "Sharp blades" and allowing the creation of horn silver weapons in Arena mode.

Considering horn silver is actually silver chloride, it doesn't make much sense to treat it as a substitute for the metal itself - it should be using STONE_TEMPLATE.

Just had this cause my mayor to mandate "horn silver items" be made, which of course I can't do.

If it's like 0002151, you can probably satisfy the mandate just by mining some horn silver.

Horn silver items should be makeable by your masons or stone crafters - contrary to reports otherwise, it is absolutely possible to enable them in Z-Stones (make sure you select the ore and not the metal itself) and have your stoneworkers use them.

Switched over to stone for 0.31.13 (old saves will have their old raws though).
