| Summary | 0008765: "Store item in vehicle" job not working properly | ||||
| Description | When a dwarf tries to store something into a minecart, he picks up the item and moves near the minecart normally, but then the item is dropped on the same tile as the hauler, instead of being placed in the minecart. | ||||

Some questions: 1) In which version was this world and fort generated? 2) Are you using any mods? 3) Is there enough space in that minecart? 4) Are you using burrows? 5) Was labor of given hauler changed during hauling? 6) What item is that? 7) From jobs view, is it ended normally or cancelled? 8) Do you see anything related in announcements or errorlog.txt ?. 9) Does this issue reproduce for you with other items and/or other minecarts? And I just got an idea: 10) is that minecart located in built Track Stop? Those can be set to dump items from minecarts... maybe the item is placed in minecart and then immediately dumped by that stop? I see at wiki (http://dwarffortresswiki.org/index.php/DF2014:Minecart#Track_stop) is clearly stated: "Take care not to set track stops at a loading site to dump their contents, or dwarves will never be able to fill the cart." |

Oh yeah, it is on a track stop. Should've read that wiki page, my mistake. |
