Summary	0009011: Text is cut off the screen
Description	When I load a menu that shows thoughts and preferences of dwarves, the text shape is fixed. What I mean is, whenever I use the mouse wheel to change the text font size, the text does not change or wrap to the new view. If I zoom out, the text occupies a smaller section of the screen and if I zoom in, the text goes off the screen. link to image of bug http://imgur.com/LhAOiK5
Steps To Reproduce	For me it's simple. Each game I load has this issue.
Additional Information	My current resolution is 1776 * 1000.
