Summary | 0009033: Merchants leave on loading save | ||||
Description | Human merchants and a diplomat arrived, I saved and loaded the game before they reached the depot, after loading the save the merchant turned around and were leaving. There was no announcement saying they were embarking on their journey. The diplomat did not leave before talking to my baron. | ||||
Additional Information | I had two trade depots that were accessible, one outside and one subterranean. | ||||

Could those merchants see some sapient body part or corpse? Such things would not generate announcement but still frighten them so much they will leave. Otherwise it sounds like game saved just "merchants moving on fort grounds" but forget to save "moving to depot" so after loading it assumed they were in state "leaving".
