The trumpet had no special history in its description, "This is a basic trumpet" type of thing.

Reopening per forum PM from OP to upload save confirming 42.02 generated world. Iron hand graphics pack.

Yes, this was from a clean install of 0.42.02, a large world gen with 550 years of history, and a new embark.
