| Description | DF stops working suddenly sometimes when fast-travelling. This also happens sometimes when going through new menus. I've never played adventure mode before but I've played a lot of fortress mode and have never had a crash in that. However about an hour of gameplay in adventure mode has given me several crashes without explanation. | ||||

Upload a save (zipped region folder) to http://dffd.bay12games.com/ and post a link to it here. Does it crash when fast-travelling to some specific site or travelling in any direction from current leads to crash? |

http://dffd.bay12games.com/file.php?id=11492 It crashes randomly when fast travelling - so I don't have any major explanation but if it does it is when starting the travel. I discovered that it always crashes when I'm trying to sleep. (Sleep until dawn) |

May be a duplicate of 0009058, "day/night cicle" where it is reported to crash when sleeping. Have you tried if this issue persists also in the newest version of vanilla DF, currently 0.42.03? |

I did just try this again in DF 0.42.03 with the lazy newb pack and phoebus 16x graphics (just as I had when repporting the issue). I tried to sleep until dawn twice, and for eight hours once. Upon trying I had no crashes and no lag and the same goes for fast travelling. |

If this persists in a newer version (43.xx +) and another report doesn't cover it, pm a manager on the forums to reopen it. |
