Summary	0009387: Meeting area location zone rename menu pauses music
Description	When renaming a tavern or library with [SOUND:ON], the game pauses the music while in the rename menu. Very minor inconvenience, should be considered very low priority (but worth investigating in case it's related to other bugs since it's easy to reproduce).
Steps To Reproduce	1. Create an activity zone 2. Set it to Meeting Area (m) 3. Assign location (l) 4. Select location, Rename location (n) Music stops 5. Hit ESC Music resumes
