Summary0009397: "Smooth Stone" marker cannot be replaced with "Smooth Stone" designation
DescriptionA wall marked for smoothing (but not designated) cannot be designated directly. You must remove the designation and then designate it for real.
Steps To ReproduceDesignate a rough wall to be smoothed, then designate over that with a marker. Now, try to designate a smooth wall over the blue marker, it will not change back from blue to a real designation. You must [x] cancel the designation first.

2. [d], [s], [m], over the designation, it should turn blue
3. [d], [s], over the [m]arked bits and it will not turn white/gray again. It is still blue
