| Description | Hi since i got the latest version of DW it my FPS has dropped down to about a half is this normal? My old version of DF is 0.28.181.40d and there i get about 100 FPS (even late game) but in very early game in the latest version .02 i get only like 44-60 fps and not only that but a minifreeze every 1-2 seconds. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Start the game > play, game lag. The Main menu doesn't lag tho. i'm playing on 6x6 map currently but that isn't THAT huge and i have played in larger without much lag before. | ||||

http://www.bay12games.com/forum/index.php?topic=51957.0 The above link worked for me i now get 200 FPS on a 4x4 sized map with [PARTIAL_PRINT:YES:0] [FPS_CAP:200] [G_FPS_CAP:100] but my gray colored tiles are now blue?? anyway i'm happy i get speedy dwarven fortress! opengl32.dll this little guy in dwarf fortress root directory worked wonders. Now i just need to fine tune for normal speed Dwarf Fortress (without lag) |
