Did you set some of your recreational areas to citizen or citizen/longterm resident only? I noticed that doing so somehow breaks the visitor script, they start hanging around in whatever active meeting area there is, never petition for residency and never leave. This behavior also may cause dwarven liaison to bug so that he/she doesn't conduct meeting with the mayor/noble. So this is possibly related to 0009262 |
