Summary | 0009679: Dwarf movement and furniture-placement bugged when building floors
Description | When building areas of flooring (material is irrelevant it seems), dwarves may build a tile only to find themselves with no job for an extended period of time, frequently trying to do other jobs but throwing inaccesible-announcements as a result. In this same circumstance, trying to place any furniture nearby lists it as not having access. Strangely enough, the issue does not always affect the entire area of floor you want the dwarves to build. Sometimes you can place items halfway into the floor area but only certain tiles are bugged at once. The issue slowly corrects itself but dwarves can end up spending an entire month just standing for nothing and is crippling floor-building. The issue constantly returns when dwarves go to build a floor. Has lead to having 10+ dwarves just standing in a room refusing to ever move for a month because they think the tiles around them are inaccessible.
Steps To Reproduce | Fill an area with your desired flooring orders. Material does not matter it seems (Tried with iron bars, multiple types of wood, and basalt). When dwarf has built a tile, they may stand still and simply do nothing for a long time, claiming to have no job. Try to place a bed on the same tile or nearby to where the dwarf is. Most likely unable to be placed due to having no access.
Additional Information | The bug seems to be affected by having doors. For example, if you are building a room and place the doors at its entrance whilst building its floors, the bug seems more prevalent. Removing said doors seems to fix parts of the bug, but never all of it. Initially encountered using only Soundsense addon, but issue persists with it disabled in Vanilla DF.
