It's known being rejected does not deter visitors from petitioning again, nor keep them away for a time after rejection. However, to rack up hundreds of times you must have played for many decades, so they'll die of old age eventually. |

The hundreds of petitions happened in the course of about a day. From the first petition to when I finally checked the petition notification a minute later, the visitor had petitioned hundreds of times. |
