Summary0001137: 0000070, negative distance to building materials, still occurs on 0.31.03
DescriptionI just saw 0000070 (negative distance to building materials) again while running 0.31.03. This was with a region that was generated with .03 as well, so it's not an upgrade issue.

Save/reload fixes it. Saves will be available shortly, FWIW.

(I'd put this directly on 0000070, but apparently I don't have permission to add notes to resolved bugs)

Oh, that's a nice Mantis display bug in the summary there!

To reproduce:

Load the first save listed above.
Designate the four brook tiles immediately south of the moat for channelling, wait for some channelling to happen.
Try to build a wall somewhere, get negative distances to shale.

Oh, my bad, I think I was just using that to watch this report for additional comments... originally there was a reason I used that tag instead of hitting Monitor, but I think I'm using them interchangeably now. I should probably stop.

I managed to reproduce it with your instructions on 2 of 3 attempts.

This should be fixed for 0.31.06. It didn't like the water sitting in there in advance and got confused about the level components.
