Summary | 0013135: NPCs with a belief system will chat about the wrong belief system.
Description | When an NPC with a belief system (historical_figure.info.known_info.belief_systems) returns a greeting, they will say something about a belief system, but usually about the wrong belief system. Specifically, they only say anything about the zeroth belief system (df.belief_system.find(0).story) I got this error in the steam version, but was able to reproduce it in a mod-less classic version of 51.08, with a world made in that mod-less classic version.
Steps To Reproduce | Use a world that is old enough that the first humans and dwarves are probably dead, to make it easier. Using legends mode, find a religion that the first member is still alive and will be easy to find in adventurer mode. (scroll down to the first deities and check their religions that are in a human or dwarven civ.) Make a character in the site where the religion's founder is. Find the founder. Chat them a couple of times. They will mention a deity speaking to a person, the deity will probably not be theirs, and the person will not be them.
Additional Information | I used dfhack and an exported legends xml, to make sure the founder had a belief system and it was different than the zeroth belief system (and different deity), and to verify their site. If belief system chatter is only flavor at this point, then this would be low priority. If it's supposed to provide information or be a hook, then normal priority.
