Summary | 0001875: body size appearance modifiers are dwarf-centric
Description | If you inspect any large creature, like a horse, 6/7 of the time you'll be informed that the creature is 'enourmous' or larger, because its so much larger than a horse. 1/7 of the time(when the horse is 'average for a horse') you won't be informed of anything at all. When a crerature has an average appearance modifier, it's omitted from the description. If you had a huge dragonish creature with a very wide range of body sizes, like elephant sized to blue whale sized. All of them would be 'enormous,' even though they're so different, because relative to a dwarf, they ARE enourmous. All other appearance modifiers are creature-centric. 'Huge' is only huge if its in the top percentile for the race.
Steps To Reproduce | inspect a bunch of animals.

Is this report substantially different from 0000739? |
|
No. I searched but didn't see that one. My bad ;p My report is also wrong. Its not dwarf centrism. Kittens are also gigantic and fat. ;p |
|
Haha, kittens too... yeah, I really have no idea why this affects everything except sentients, and in the same direction too. |
