Summary0004456: Job spam after a burrowed dwarf empties a barrel
DescriptionI have a hospital burrow set to include the hospital zone, a food stockpile, a drink stockpile, and the doctor's bed room. I assign the doctor to the burrow. When he drinks the last booze of a barrel he tries to take the barrel to the barrel stockpile outside the burrow. I have to forbid the barrel that the dr won't put down to get him to stop.
Steps To Reproduce1) assign dwarf to burrow containing drink stockpile
2) create barrel stockpile outside the burrow, like near the stills (!)
3) wait for dwarf to empty the barrel
4) notice that after the first cancellation (or 100th) the dwarf doesn't just drop the barrel.

The dwarf should have all hauling labors turned off.

I can confirm this is still present as recently as 0.40.05. As soon as I set up burrows, forbidding and unforbidding barrels becomes a regular chore.

I have just observed a dwarf doing this even when they were assigned to the burrow containing the only stockpile that accepted barrels! I regret that I didn't think to upload the save.
