Summary0005829: Site finder cuts off early in non-square (2:1) regions
DescriptionWhen generating a 2:1 aspect world (129:65 in this case), the site finder fails after searching 1/2 (a square) of the available area. Materials distribution on the unsearched side reports normally, but does not have the "X" painted in the squares.

The actual site placing square does seem to center on the resources, reguardless of the yellow "X" not being painted in the middle or right sub-windows (that show region and global views, respectively).

Correction: Site placing does not work on the "unsearched" part of the world. It appears as if that side is not being searched, at all.
