Summary | 0007695: Tree grows adjacent to a bridge, bridge collapses
Description | It seems that a tile update (when a tree grows) messes with a construction... Also, side of a tree above the bridge (where it has been) looks "cut-off", may be random and not caused by this bug...
Steps To Reproduce | Try to build bridges near live saplings that may grow eventually...
Additional Information | Further investigation needed...

duplicate of | 0009946 | new | Retracting bridges don't require support for construction, harmlessly deconstruct when checking support later |
|
Do you have a save of the final state or even better a save where it soon happens? If so, upload zipped region folder to http://dffd.bay12games.com/ and post a link to it here. Are you sure there are no tree parts above the place of the bridge? This is probably connected to 0007872, "Trees growing through bridges". |
|
Was the destroyed bridge an unsupported retracting bridge (0009946)? |
|
Presumably the growing tree caused a "support check" and the unsupported retracting bridge deconstructed (0009946). |
