| Description | I have at least 28 dwarves with stone detailing enabled, and half my fort designated for smoothing, but they idle in the meeting hall and have been for some time now, with no sign of changing. I don't know if engraving is a problem too because I can't get there. | ||||

1. Open the save http://dffd.bay12games.com/download.php?id=11010&f=0008523.7z 2. Go down to bedrooms level 116 3. First room north has a Smooth Stone designation in a Roguh-hewn Slate Wall 4. Check in Units that the mason has Stone Detailing enabled 4. Unpause |

@alef: The combination of mason's and carpenter's workshops' impassible tiles creates a wall that blocks your mason from pathing back into your fortress (and taking the stone detailing job). Removing the carpenter's workshop resolves the issue. |
