Summary0003324: Military Cleaning loops
DescriptionCreatures cleaning at a well leaving puddles of blood, the more of them clean the bigger get the puddle. Now if it gets big enough and spread out a little, it will always leed to get new coverings of blood/ichor/vomit/whatever on the feet/boots, so they will run back clean again, get again a new coverin etc. cleaning is a low priotity so it only get effective if they are idle anway, still seems a bit buggy that it leads to such loops.

maybe as fix they should try to clean the blood from the floor/walls around the well too if they are idle anyway, so it doesnt spread out that much (which is another issue as far i remember)
Steps To ReproduceCreate a well, let your military fight a lot to get some coverings, get them all to be idle, so they have time and start cleaning themselves.

have you tried putting your well in an underground room where you can smooth the floors around it?
the only thing i've ever seen idle dwarfs clean is smoothed stone floors...
(and if i'm lucky, they'll clean the floor next to a wall and clear that up too)

the well is on a constructed plattform above the cavern lake, and this workaround is not a solution for the bug :p
